Reservation Change/Cancellation


How to change or cancel reservations made on the Prima Website:
 
Reservation Change or Update:
 
Changes and updates to reservations cannot be made directly through the website. If a customer makes a reservation and wants to make a change or update his/her reservation, he/she can do so either by email or by phone:

Procedures for Cancellations and Changes to Reservations:
 
Reservations can be canceled through the website category "My Reservations" in the lower part of the homepage. The customer will be required to enter the email address he/she used to book the reservation to recive a verification code to log in. The customer will be able to cancel his/her reservation using the "cancel" button, subject to the cancellation policy.
If the reservation does not meet the terms of the cancellation policy and the cancellation button does not appear in "My Reservations", the customer can cancel the reservation by contacting the Hotel directly or the Prima call center: +972-3-552-2220 or by sending an email to: callcenter@prima.co.il
 
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
"Jewish Holidays" - according to their dates in the Hebrew calendar.
"High Season" - Jewish Holidays and during additional periods of high demand. When making a reservation for a date which falls during High Season, there will be an indication that this is High Season.
"Regular Season" - dates that are not included in either “High Season” or “Jewish Holidays” (according to their dates in the Jewish calendar).

 
All Year 
Reservations for one and up to four rooms: no cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival date or in the event of a no show: full cancellation fee will be charged.
 

Reservations for five or more rooms
For reservations of five or more rooms: no cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date or in the event of a no show: full cancellation fee will be charged. 
 
 
Cancellations:
 
You may cancel this reservation if applicable under the conditions stated in the cancellation policy.
A cancellation may be made using a "cancellation notification" - a notice that the customer has sent in each of the following ways, which includes the name of the customer and his/her identification number. If the “cancellation notification” was delivered verbally, an additional identifying detail, agreed upon at the time the reservation was made, must be provided:
